Sweet Mint Castile Soap - 85g - Bean & Boy
Bath or Shower:
Use in the bath or shower as you would your favourite soap.
Use to clean your dishes when hand washing.
Use a bar to scrub at difficult stains (or scrub children who have covered themselves in paint).
Use a pinch in a tub of hot water to wash your dog.
Use a diluted solution as a gentle plant spray for bugs.
Liquid Household Cleaner:
You can grate this soap into hot water to create a solution that can be used in a spray bottle as a household cleanser - on surfaces, counter-tops, cupboard doors, windows, tables, floors and more.
Use only as much water as you need, or discard any excess afterwards.
Put grated soap into a travel tin and use a pinch in the shower or bath to avoid wet soap bars when travelling. Use it to clean clothes without having to travel with washing powder.
Store in a cool and dry place.
This soap contains NO preservatives, so be sure to keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish/ ladder (we sell them too).
As each traditional soap bar is made entirely by hand, soap colour and shape vary slightly from bar to bar. They are completely natural: traditionally made, rough cut, cured for six weeks or more, and hand packaged in brown paper to order.
Bean and Boy soaps have all been safety assessed and certified as safe by an independent toxicologist, chemist and scientist. Nothing artificial, no preservatives, additives, fragrances, parabens or SLS. The castile soaps are also palm oil free.
For external use only. Do not use around the eyes, mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Please seek advice from a Doctor before using if you are pregnant.

A family run business making natural soaps by hand based in Southend-on-Sea in Essex. Inspired by nature, designed for sensitive skin and loved by families. Containing nothing artificial: no SLS, no parabens.
Stacey and Graeme started making soap for their family when their daughter developed a mild form of eczema that was made worse by commercially-produced soaps and washes.
They settled on a combination of high quality ingredients, unfussy essential oil blends, and a slow soap-making process that is as close to the ancient traditional methods as possible. There’s nothing else added: no preservatives, no colourants, no fragrances and no additional heat to speed things up. The best things take time, and proper soap is worth waiting for.
Their soap recipes have been certified and they have combinations specifically targeted at problematic skin.
Each batch of soaps is carefully made by hand using the traditional cold process method. They don’t add anything to speed up the process, and they keep things as natural as possible. Each batch of soap is given the full six weeks to cure.
