How to use:

IMPORTANT: Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious illness that can be fatal. Please read & save the leaflet enclosed in the box.
For your wellbeing, always use the lowest tampon absorbency for your needs, change every 4-8 hours & always remember to remove your last tampon.
Please do not flush used tampons down the toilet.
Once used, please dispose of the tampons in the rubbish bin to go to landfill (where they will completely biodegrade as they are 100% natural).
Materials: Tampons made from 100% pure natural GOTS certified organic cotton fibres and cotton thread.
Sustainably-produced organic cotton, grown without the need for chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides. The cotton is purified in a Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) process meaning no chlorine or dioxins.
Packaging: 100% plastic free. Tampons are individually wrapped in recyclable paper and come in a recyclable cardboard box.

As their name suggests, there is more than one woman behind this company. &SISTERS is the brainchild of daughter and mother duo Lucy and Claire Lettice.
Having experienced, first-hand, the shame and hardship that comes with lack of access to safe period products, they decided to take action. Drawing on Claire’s entrepreneurial background and Lucy’s expertise as a buyer, they dreamt up a model for a new kind of conscious period product - one that was kind to women’s bodies, kind to the planet and could genuinely contribute to the fight against period poverty.
