Lockable trigger spray action lid is made of black or white plastic and is is reusable.

Please note:  When you receive this item, the trigger spray is sent out oversized and detached from the bottle and will need to be trimmed (with scissors) diagonally so that it rests 1mm from the bottom of the bottle for optimal use.
